Step 02
Machining & Drilling
CNC turning, facing, bore machining and bolt-hole drilling bring the forged blank to the required standard dimensions and facing type.
Step 03
Inspection & Marking
Dimensions, bolt holes, facing, surface condition and product marking are checked before packing, with traceability retained for order documents.
Step 04
Anti-rust Coating
Finished flanges are cleaned and protected with anti-rust oil, paint, galvanizing or specified coating for storage and sea shipment.
Step 05
Packing & Loading
Qualified flanges are packed in export plywood cases, pallets or customer-specified packages and prepared for container loading.
